Conditions of Return or Refund
Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we will not accept the return of any product that has:
- Been used or installed
- Had installation attempted
- Been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or use outside published specifications
- Had the warranty seal broken without authorisation
Warranty Claims
To lodge a warranty claim:

- Provide your proof of purchase and a description of the fault
- We will assess and advise on the appropriate resolution — repair, replacement, or refund

- Revolution Power LiFePO4 batteries — refer to product documentation for current warranty period
- Victron Energy products — covered by Victron's Australian warranty program
Australian Consumer Law
Our warranty policy operates alongside and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
